Help on site, when you ask for it

In-person response from a licensed field officer is launching area by area and is not yet available in New York City.

Where it is available, you'll be able to request an officer from the notification itself. The local response partner receives the event, the location, and the clip.

An officer only comes out when you ask, and you pay only when you request it.
