The $9 deposit

What it is, what it is not, and how to get it back. Joining the waitlist is free. The deposit is optional and holds you a place in the first NYC group.

What the $9 is

It holds your place in NYC Batch 01, the first group we can support properly. When Batch 01 opens, the $9 is credited in full against your first month. You do not pay it twice.

What the $9 is not

It is not a purchase of a service. Tirion is not running in New York City yet. It does not buy in-person response. Response from a licensed field officer is launching area by area and is not yet available in New York City. It does not lock a price, and it is not a subscription. Nothing recurring is set up, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to start. It does not oblige you to continue. When Batch 01 opens you decide then, and you can still ask for the $9 back instead.

Getting it back

Reply to your payment receipt, or write to [email protected], any time before Batch 01 opens. We refund it in full, no questions asked, and you stay on the waitlist. The refund goes back to the card you paid with and usually reaches it within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When Batch 01 opens

We expect Batch 01 to open in the next couple of months. It is an estimate, not a promise: if it moves, we email you and the refund offer stays open. If we decide not to run Batch 01 at all, we refund every deposit without being asked.
