What the $9 is

It holds your place among the first people we connect when Tirion opens near you. When it does, the $9 is credited in full against your first month. You do not pay it twice.

What the $9 is not

It is not a purchase of a service. Tirion is not running near you yet. It does not buy in-person response. Response from a licensed field officer is launching area by area and is not yet available near you. It does not lock a price, and it is not a subscription. Nothing recurring is set up, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to start. It does not oblige you to continue. When Tirion opens near you, you decide then, and you can still ask for the $9 back instead.

Getting it back

Reply to your payment receipt, or write to [email protected], any time before Tirion opens near you. We refund it in full, no questions asked, and you stay on the waitlist. The refund goes back to the card you paid with and usually reaches it within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When Tirion opens near you

We are opening area by area and cannot give you a date for yours yet. When we can, we email you, and the refund offer stays open until Tirion opens near you. If we decide not to open near you at all, we refund your deposit without being asked.
