What the AI decides

TirionAI decides whether activity is routine or needs your attention, and prepares the explanation and evidence on its own. No person reviews every event before you are notified. Deciding that an event matters is separate from sending someone out: a licensed field officer comes only when you ask for one.

What TirionAI does not do

It does not recognise faces or identify people. It does not read emotions or guess how someone feels. It does not sort people by race, religion, health, or anything similar. It does not score people or predict what they might do. It does not collect footage to build face databases.

What you control

Whether anyone comes out — you request a field officer; TirionAI never sends one for you. What you pay for — field response is charged only when you request it. Which cameras are connected. And your event history: what happened, why, and what you did about it stays recorded.

How your data is handled

TirionAI works with the video required to understand an event and does not move or keep more than your setup needs. Your video and event data are encrypted in transit and at rest. A field officer is never sent without your request.
